Bula vinaka Mike. It was good to meet you (and others) and to know that you enjoyed your time in Suva during the weeklong celebrations. Hiccups here and there but all in all exscholars enjoyed meeting up and for some after years. Post Jubilee, theres alot to be done at the school and together (school, PTA, MoEducation and exscholars) we can achieve great things - "Seek and Ye Shall Find". Vinaka. Noa

My wife and I greatly enjoyed reading your account of the celebrations for the 50th Jubilee of Suva Grammar School.I worked in PWD and was associated with the construction of SGS and my wife Rita taught there at various times during our service in Fiji of which we have many happy memories. I might add that my wife also taught at the old Girls Grammar School in Selborne St under Miss Naylor and the old Boys Grammar on Victoria Parade My wife recalls well her colleagues Joan Eden,Lesley Chapman and Janice Huddleston. The photos of various parts of Suva and Nukulau are particularly interesting.Had we known of the celebrations we might well have been tempted to visit Fiji once again.
With kind regards Ken Mackay
